Responsible Gaming

Responsible Gaming

Gaming should be entertainment you can afford, never a way to make money or escape problems. These are the rules and tools that protect players and their families — and where to get help, day or night.

21+

Only for adults aged 21 and over

Casino Plus accounts are opened only for adults aged 21 or older. Age is checked against a valid government ID during verification, and accounts of anyone under 21 are refused or closed. Students of any school, college or university in the Philippines may not play either.

If you share a phone or computer with young people, log out after every session and do not save your password in the browser.

NDRP

National Database of Restricted Persons

PAGCOR records self-excluded and family-excluded persons in the National Database of Restricted Persons (NDRP). Anyone listed may not register or play at Casino Plus, and our eligibility check at registration screens for it.

Other groups are also barred by PAGCOR rules — including public officials, AFP and PNP members, PAGCOR officials and employees and GEL holders. See the full list on Account & KYC.

  • Exclusions are applied across PAGCOR-licensed sites.
  • Listed persons cannot open or keep an account.
  • Questions about a listing go to PAGCOR at ResponsibleGaming@pagcor.ph.

Warning signs to watch for

If you answer “yes” to any of these, it is time to pause and talk to someone.

  • Do you spend more money or time on gaming than you planned?
  • Do you play to win back money you have lost?
  • Have you borrowed money or sold things to keep playing?
  • Do you hide your gaming from family or friends?
  • Do you feel restless or irritable when you try to stop?
  • Is gaming affecting your work, studies, sleep or relationships?

Habits that help

  • Set a budget before you play and treat it as spent.
  • Decide when you will stop — and stop then, win or lose.
  • Never play with money meant for bills, food or rent.
  • Don’t play when you are upset, tired or have been drinking.
  • Balance gaming with other things you enjoy.
