Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of casinoplusevent.com and of your Casino Plus account. By registering or playing you accept them. Please read them carefully.

Last updated: 21 September 2026 · Applies to casinoplusevent.com

1. About these Terms

casinoplusevent.com is a website of Casino Plus. The Casino Plus platform is operated by Stotsenberg Leisure Park and Hotel Corporation, doing business as Casino Plus. In its list of approved brand and domain names, the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) names the licensee of Casino Plus as Stotsenberg Leisure Park & Hotel Corporation and Frontier Capital Group Limited, and lists casinoplusevent.com as an additional URL of Casino Plus.

In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “Casino Plus” mean the operator of the Casino Plus platform; “you” means the registered player; and “Service” means this website, your account and the games offered through it.

2. Who may play

You may use the Service only if you:

  • are at least 21 years old;
  • are located in the Philippines and allowed by law to take part in gaming;
  • are not a restricted person under section 3;
  • have registered and verified an account in your own name.

3. Restricted persons

In line with PAGCOR rules, the following may not register, hold an account or play:

  1. public officials, including elective and appointive officials and employees, permanent or temporary, whether in the career or non-career service, whether or not they receive compensation;
  2. members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (Army, Navy and Air Force) and of the Philippine National Police;
  3. persons under twenty-one (21) years of age, and students of any school, college or university in the Philippines;
  4. PAGCOR officials and employees;
  5. gaming site operators and their employees;
  6. unregistered players and banned individuals;
  7. the spouse, common-law partner, children and parents of the persons in (a), (b) and (d);
  8. persons included in the National Database of Restricted Persons (NDRP);
  9. holders of a Gaming Employment License (GEL);
  10. persons registered as self-excluded or diagnosed with a compulsive gambling disorder;
  11. any other person barred under current PAGCOR rules.

By registering you confirm that none of these apply to you. If one applies later, you must stop playing and ask us to close your account. Accounts of restricted persons are closed, and we may withhold winnings where the law requires.

4. Your account

  • You may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts may be closed.
  • The information you give must be true, complete and kept up to date, including your name and date of birth exactly as on your ID.
  • Your mobile number is verified with a one-time code and is used to log in.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password and one-time codes secret. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
  • Your account is personal. You may not sell, transfer or let anyone else use it.

5. Verification (eKYC)

We must verify your identity, age and eligibility. Electronic KYC (eKYC) includes a valid government-issued photo ID, a selfie with a liveness check and details such as your place of birth, nature of work and source of funds. You must complete eKYC within three (3) days from registration or before your first withdrawal. No complete eKYC, no withdrawal.

We may ask for further documents at any time, for example to meet anti-money-laundering obligations. If you do not provide them, we may limit or suspend your account until you do.

6. Deposits and withdrawals

  • Your account is held in Philippine pesos (PHP).
  • You may use only the payment methods listed in the cashier and on our Wallet & Payments page, and only payment accounts that you own.
  • The minimum first deposit is ₱500, in line with PAGCOR’s regulatory framework.
  • Withdrawals are paid only to a verified account holder, after eKYC is complete. Online banking withdrawals may take up to five (5) business days.
  • We may delay or refuse a transaction while we carry out checks required by law, or if we suspect fraud or misuse.
  • Deposits are for playing. The Service is not a bank or savings account and no interest is paid on balances.

7. Games and results

Each game has its own rules and paytable, shown inside the game. Those rules form part of these Terms. Results of slots and virtual games are produced by a random number generator; results of live games are produced at the live table.

If a game, stream or system malfunctions, affected bets and payouts are void and stakes may be returned. Where there is a disagreement about a result, our game and transaction records are used to settle it, subject to your right to complain under section 13.

8. Responsible gaming

We offer account controls such as deposit limits, session reminders and breaks, and we honour PAGCOR self-exclusion and family exclusion. Read our Responsible Gaming Policy and visit Responsible Gaming for help. The National Problem Gambling Helpline is available 24/7 at (02) 8248-9568.

9. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • give false information or use another person’s identity or payment account;
  • open or use more than one account;
  • collude with other players, use bots, scripts or software that gives an unfair advantage, or exploit errors;
  • use the Service for money laundering or any other unlawful purpose;
  • interfere with the website, its security or other players’ use of it.

10. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms, if you are or become a restricted person, if verification cannot be completed, or if the law or PAGCOR requires it. You may close your account at any time by writing to support@casinoplusevent.com. Any remaining balance is dealt with according to these Terms and the law.

11. Intellectual property

The website, the Casino Plus name and logo, and the games and their content belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only to play through the Service.

12. Liability

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for losses caused by your device, your internet connection or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law.

13. Complaints

If you are unhappy with the Service, contact us through the Contact & Complaints page, which sets out our complaint and escalation procedure. If your complaint is not resolved, you may raise it with PAGCOR.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms, for example to reflect changes in PAGCOR rules or in the Service. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell you before it applies; continuing to play after that means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the rules and regulations issued by PAGCOR.
